Interior Monologue

I feel kind of relieved now…  It’s time…  Time for me to fulfill my father’s plan… But why?... 

Why must I go through this?...  Is there another way?...  I know my father loves me…  He wouldn’t

make me suffer…  Would He?...  I wonder what the plan is?… Hold up! Wait…  It’s all starting to

make sense now…  All of the prophecies the scripture talks about…  Wait, this can’t be!… Not me!

…  Of all people…  Me?... The one who is supposed to die for the world’s sins…  Me?...  The one

who is supposed to save humanity…  Will people even appreciate my sacrifices?...  Maybe not, but

some will… Ah what am I talking about…  This is crazy…  Dying?...  Death upon me?...  Please

no…  Father I love you…  But…
